SMS Messaging Program
Program description. Our SMS program sends you text messages about your own service request with Howell Services LLC — including quote and estimate follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, job-status updates, invoice notifications, and customer-support replies. This is a two-way conversational program; it is not a marketing or promotional blast list.
Your Consent (Opt-In)
By providing your mobile phone number on our website quote/contact form or by asking us over the phone to text you, you consent to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Howell Services LLC at the number you provided, sent using an automated system where applicable. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Opting in is voluntary.
How to Opt Out & Get Help
- Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and we will send you no further texts unless you opt in again.

Message Frequency & Rates
Message frequency varies depending on your request and our communications with you. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data charges apply.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported Carriers
Our messages are supported on major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their respective affiliates and most regional carriers. Carrier support may change, and we are not responsible for carrier-specific limitations.
Privacy

This website, and any chat, AI assistant or automated phone line on it, is provided by Howell Services LLC, a Florida limited liability company, for general information only. By using it you agree to these terms.
- Estimates are not contracts. Prices, timelines and answers given on this website, by chat, by text, by phone or by an AI assistant are general information. Our only obligations for any job are the ones in the written estimate or contract you sign for that job.
- Our construction work is governed only by that written estimate or contract, including any warranty it states. Nothing on this website adds to or changes it.
